Welcome, Fellow Stoicism Mom.

A stylized depiction of a woman with a serene expression gazes lovingly at a child nestled in her arms. Bold, vibrant colors create a sense of warmth and intimacy, with swirling lines outlining the figures.

Before I started my Stoicism journey, I was at my breaking point (too much to do, too many messes, too many tantrums, too many bills, too many scary headlines… and too little left in me).

Then, I read one line from the ancient Stoic Marcus Aurelius:

“You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”

That moment changed everything. Stoicism gave me tools to ditch rumination, stress, and guilt spirals.  And I didn’t have to change anything about my commitments, splurge on babysitters, or carve out time to paint my nails in a bubble bath.

Because modern mom life is relentless and Stoicism provides a clear roadmap so you can:

Respond calmly instead of snapping

Let go of what you can’t control (spilled milk, anyone?)

Stay present for your kids (and yourself)

Find joy in the everyday
